Had to have my Dad take my pup to a Vet because I was at work. He is from Tennessee so I sent him to this one because he knows that area of town. They misdiagnosed my pup saying she had something called garbage gutt, gave her a prescription and sent her home well once I run out of the medicine she was really sick so they took her back there and charged me just to tell my husband that they give her a shot to hydrate her and he could take her on home that the shot would work for 24 hours but she would probably have to go to the hospital because they didn't know what was wrong. I told him to take her on to the hospital then so he did. The Vet at the hospital stated that if they would have looked at her gums (they were a purple color) that they should have known that she had a lack of oxygen and Santa Rosa did blood work and her WBC was just crazy high. Needless to say My 5 month old Italian Mastiff the next morning had to be put down because she had a blockage in her intestines and if Santa Rosa Vet would have done there job my $2000.00 pup would still be here today. So it cost me over 2000.00 between Santa Rosa and the hospital because of these peoples lack of knowledge and the Sympathy Card yall sent me didn't help matters in the least, but my attorney thought something about it because he had me send it to him.

The staff was nice. They seemed to care about our pet.

Ask a normal very good nurse and doctor , but had a bad experience with the receptionist , the Dr had told me one thing when I brought my Bischon in to get her annuals , she had a bad spor on her tail and the Dr told me that she could give her an injection for allergies but I needed to wait 2 weeks called back to check on it She gave me a whole different story instead of double checking she just said that was the way it is , very disappointed

Very friendly and helpful. They located the owner of a dog we found. They had to make several calls and do some investigating, to find them. They were so kind and you can tell they really care.

The very Best! Concerned, caring and spot on wirh pet diagnosis.
