We have been bringing Cooper here for almost a year now. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always great to him. If not for the pricing it would be the perfect vet! We gladly pay a little more to have quality close to home treatment for our dog.

They treat my Sassy just like their own. I absolutely trust them with my little girl. They have shown nothing but love and care. I definitely recommend Milton Animal Hospital to any and everyone that wants to bring their furbabies to someone that they can trust and feel good about the care they receive. Thank you to all the wonderful staff! Always so kind!

Way too expensive! I just moved to Milton from Louisiana, so this is the first vet that I've visited in Florida. I brought my dog in for her annual checkup and vaccines. I called before making an appointment and asked how much the annual visit would be. The girl told me somewhere around $40, so I made the appointment. I was charged $291 at the end of the visit! I paid for the checkup, 4 vaccines, a fecal test, and a 6-month box of trifexis. I paid half that price, if not less, at my vet in Louisiana. The vet was very nice and knowledgeable, but the prices were ridiculous.

We love this place! Dr. Husted and staff take care of our dog Max as if he was their dog. I don't know what all the other folks are complaining about cost, as the Dr. always presents the issue(s) at hand, shows us the cost in writing and we then decide what and what not to proceed with. She doesn't scare us into doing anything we don't want. One of the techs will call to confirm the appointment two days before and they always call the next day after Max has a shot or something to see how he is doing. I highly recommend Milton Animal Hospital!

Unfair billing practices!!! Please be warned this business is charging it's customers $51.00 for missed office visit for your pets (NO EXCUSES). We did not receive a notification of this charge until it was submitted by mail. The office refuses to remove the charge and considers it my fault since I failed to update my info and they could not get in contact with me. Unfortunately I had moved and changed my phone number but did not realize I didn't update my info at the Vets office. It was an honest mistake on my part and it was a bad mistake on their part for taking advantage of a good customer. I am taking my business elsewhere. Why would you treat your customers this way? I could understand being charged if I was deliberately missing appointments or a repeat offender. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better Veterinarian's office before you are the next customer to be taken advantage of. Milton Animal Hospital shame on you for not understanding and not willing to excuse my first offense as it was an honest mistake. Let me clarify Milton Animal Hospital I am not angry. The public has a right to know that you are charging fees for missed appointments (NO EXCUSES). I don't deny the fact I made a mistake for missing my appointment. Mistakes were made in updating my information in your records so that your staff could provide a reminder call. What I don't understand is you had a chance to make it right but continue to bash your customer with reasons to charge the fee. I could understand if I had missed multiple appointments or was avoiding calls. This was my first missed appointment and had I received the reminder call I would have made my appointment. The sad truth here is this is an unfortunate situation that could have been corrected and you could have maintained a customer. However your stubborn ways as a business owner will result in loss of business. Your staff is polite and your office is clean but taking care of your customer should be your first priority. You could have reasoned with me but you are to focused on policies and rules to understand. As I look to find a new vet I hope you can reflect on your mistakes in this process and come to your senses that although customers may not always be right they are number one to your business. So take care of you customer first.
