First off I expect appt more out of my Arby's experience! The assistant manager took our order, couldn't answer a simple question about how spicy the new Cajun turkey was just replied with its good. This guy just wasn't very pleasant to deal with. When we got our food we were even more disappointed. All my turkey was on only one side of the bun, my wife's buffalo chicken slider had so much mayonnaise or whatever on it made her sick. It's kinda pointless to go buy food at a place where the employees, including this assistant manager, do not take the time to make a quality sandwich or maintain a friendly environment! This location is by far one of the worst for customer service.
The quality of the ingredients is that of a typical Arby's and the service is nice and fast but the sandwiches are thrown together so fast that they are kind of a mess in the package. If I'm getting fast food that means I'm usually eating in the car so it matters. If you are hungry and in a hurry it's fine but it's not one of those places that makes you feel good about what you ate.
They have the meat(s)! But ignore the sliders, because it'd take 10 of them and $20 to date a toddler. I get the 1/2 pound roast beef most often, and, depending on how virtuous I feel, I sometimes do not eat the bun. Yeah, not health food, but not a burger. Also not a salad, so yay!
Always fresh, hot, fast and they always get my order right. Unlike other fast food places where you can't have it your way and you're not loving it. Lol
Best store in the country. Clean restaurant, great food and professional diligent noteworthy staff capable of exelent communication and problem solving skills.
