Didn't receive furniture until almost 3 months later kept calling always said they would find out details and call me back-never called back and made up excuses as to why every time. Did not even live half a mile away and still charged delivery fee after waiting almost 3 months for furniture! Not to mention I kept stressing to them about how I DIDNT HAVE ANY FURNITURE for the first three months I lived there. LOVE the furniture. Just not how my situation was handled.
I would consider taking a look inside if the store had a better location. Currently, the customer parking is on the side of the store, next to their trash dumpster which was filled with trash and also had trash on the ground. They also have a fenced in parking lot for customers which was filled with discarded furniture, yard debris and other trash (gives the appearance of a run down thrift store). Not very a inviting place to shop for furniture!
This place sells a little more upscale furniture than others in the area. Able to one stop shop getting furniture, appliances, and mattresses in one place at prices as good as I could find anywhere, and they price match. Financing was available. Delivery was fast, and professional. Can customize almost everything they have to match my style. Very happy.
