We bought over $7,000 worth of furniture there 2 weeks ago. When the furniture was delivered the dining room table on the top was damaged. The dresser was damaged on the back corner and the mirror that attaches to it was back ordered. The bed couldn't even be assembled since pieces were missing. The end table was missing and was not even ordered. The entertainment center had a crack in the bottom drawer.The only bright spot was the couches were alright. The delivery men said they were sorry that several peces were damaged and they would ensure that they would reorder replacements for the damaged items. A few days later the delivery men showed up and the wrong piece to the dining room table was not ordered they ordered the pedestal legs instead. The replacement dresser was totally destroyed and I informed them to take it back. The wife and I said we will just keep the damaged dresser that was already here and the dining room table. The bed was put together but they had to return to the shop for certain pieces which they forgot. The entertainment center was ok, I told the delivery driver that we will just keep the previous damaged items and that we will be going to Badcock later. Once we arrived we informed the salesman that we wanted to cancel the end table which still had not been delivered. We told him we were very displeased with the damaged items and that we will never shop here again. Also while there the sales person that sold us all of the items did not want to give us the time of day. We also heard a phone conversation about a customer was complaining about the wrong color furniture had been delivered to his house and the salesperson said we will make sure you get the right items. It seems like they just dont care, once the sale is made you mean nothing to them, I guess they dont want repeat customers.Everyone that reads this buyer beware. Shop somewhere else.
I for one don't like doing business with those types of stores. At Badcoock I'M treated more like a family type atomosphere unlike the Big Box stores
