They lied about the state medical examiner's office holding up paperwork for death certificates, so I called that public office and it'd been released 4 days prior. When I told them I'd found out they were dragging their feet, all I got in return was an insipid hillbilly attitude.

When my father passed away in another city I was heartbroken I was 8 hours away from NCBS, on a Sunday, Jeff stayed at NCBS till my husband and I arrived. It meant so much to me to see my father was taken very well cared of. Jeff was so kind and caring ! I truly believes his heart belongs here. Afterwards all the staff -Ricki and Ashley were always right on top of things when I called for certain matters..I feel their jobs are not just jobs--they care and I will always be so ever grateful. I feel there is not enough words to express my gratitude!

The service was beautiful and my brother looked peaceful. My issue was that the service was ended 30 minutes early and saying "goodbye" to my 24 yr old brother was hard enough without feeling like I had to hurry. Also, when we received our charms containing his ashes I was APPALLED! $300 each and they look horrendous. They do not look like they're worth what we paid and quite frankly, I don't think my brother would have liked being kept in something that resembled a charm out of a quarter machine. I now have to purchase another charm offline and place his ashes in them myself. Although I'm not sure that the National Cremation Society is responsible for the quality of the charm, I do think they should consider going through a different company or charge less for what clearly is NOT worth $300.

I am honestly quite shocked to read some of these reviews, and I doubt the validity of some of them. The team here was nothing but accommodating, generous, and extremely supportive when I lost my mother unexpectedly back in January. They were also very expedient, and everything was arranged and done exactly how I wanted it. They really treated us like family.

Jeff and Karen are the best they helped me threw the worst time in my life
