Their caring ends after the big sale is made and you pay top dollar. Lewis personnel assume no responsibility for anything, especially their mistakes. Even something as simple as a paid receipt...I had to go to VA to get that. Have a question? They tell you to go do your own research and let them know. A family profession for four generations...four generations of learning how to promise all when you are emotional and deliver very little unless it is to their benefit. I was very disappointed the personnel and services received.
