While the Doctor seemed nice I will never be taking my baby back to this place. There was no separate waiting area for sick children and we had to wait an hour past our appointment time to be seen.
People want 2 have the Dr's time spent with Them, but get irritated when they have 2 wait, like no one else is there paying their money to have the Dr's time!?! Think about others too, people! #JustSayin
Excellent medical facility! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Nurse practitioner in training was most thorough, as was Dr. Zimmerman. Dr. Zimmerman did not hurry us through the appointment at all, and she patiently answered all our questions. I highly recommend!
They genuinely care about children. & I love the office staff, they're KIND & seem 2 genuinely like their job, & That's important 2 me. & then obviously the Most important thing is how the Dr listens & she does NOT treat u like she's the one with the degree & the Dr. there & ur Not the one with a degree, so how would u know what's wrong with YOUR child! She has children of her own & she realizes that Mom & Dad R going 2 B the ones who notice things first. & she really listens & addresses every one of your concerns. I really appreciate & trust them!
Friendly, nice doctor, but her staff/office is not well managed. Poor service as far as calling back with exams results, long wait to see doctor...
My children have been seeing Dr. Zimmerman for 15 years. She spends as much time needed with her patients and she is compassionate. Her office staff is very friendly and appointments can be made same day most of the time. The wait times can be long but that is to be expected at any Dr's office. She spends time with her patients so of course it takes a bit longer to be seen. I highly recommend Kid Care Pediatrics.
