Then a friend took his truck there same,story. When he needed tires for his BMW they could not get so his wife went and picked up tires so she could h ave her car for work the next day. No thank you nothing a nd charged full price.
This is an outstanding shop. Professional staff and outstanding work. I was an out of town visitor with an emergency problem. They got me in and took care of my problem quickly.
Sorry to say the owners suck. Counter help can only do what they are told.
Always start work within minutes of the appointment time. Also truthful and helpful.
Been with them for 15 + years always did good. Employee messed up my two rear aluminum wheels during rotation which is,free if you buy tires there. They will not replace. I've spent THOUSANDS of dollars there and sent them business.

I have used them for oil changes they charge about $36 I've had other work done on my car and my daughters too. I trust them because so far they have been good.
have been using them for years until this month. They lie to you and I had to go up there multiple times bc they put my steering wheel upside down. I told them my steering wheel was upside down and they said the guy was at lunch and It was no big deal I could wait for him to get back and correct it. I talked to the owner les and he said if I didn't like it don't come there anymore. I had a heater coil put in and thy wouldn't even connect the holes thar they would of had to disconnect anyhow. They said he would be another half hour labor for 30 seconds of work even though I paid $650 to have heater coil changed. So I asked them if thy checked to make sure heater coil worked before I left they said no and they broke my dash. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there I would go to anyone else besides them they are liars and they will rip u off
I'm done, I'll spend my money elsewhere
