Not impressed. Called in to ask if they had any crush washers I could buy off them, and the response was "We're an automotive repair shop, we don't use crush washers." Absurd. Crush washers are non-reusable metal gaskets commonly used on oil lines, power steering, brake systems, etc. If it's pulled off, a new one needs to be put on to avoid leaks. Never took my car here and probably never will since they seem to neglect to pay attention to the small but important parts. Probably why their prices are so "reasonable" as people say. I wonder what else they don't replace when they service vehicles.
I had to be towed to a mechanic due to a sudden severe antifreeze leak. These folks quickly diagnosed my problem (intake manifold gasket failed) and had my truck back on the road within 24 hours and did it at a very reasonable cost. I don't know if this is normal practice but they even gave me a ride home. It's so nice these days to find such competent and friendly service.
