I've been using the storage for three years and they never have given me any trouble and always nice and i appreciate the fact it's close by where I live and although it's not climate control I'm glad the units are high enough off the ground that nothing gets flooded
I rented here for one year. I quickly removed my belongings when i discovered rats in my unit. I talked to the office and they asked me if i had food in my unit. I did not. Then they said they hadn't had a rat problem there for a while. However they did give us another unit to go through our stuff so that we could use both units at no extra charge. And gave us rat poison. None of this helped! We moved everything out of our first unit and only left my daughters stuff in the other one. Rats got to her stuff too! There was nothing in her unit except furniture, shoes and clothes. You could see the floor for the most part. Her husband was so upset and he asked them why do they have rats...they said that they treat the outside of the units and not the inside! He said well isn't the inside where you make your money? That being said nothing happened to help them either!
