I've lived here for almost two years now and the owners have been absolutely fantastic. The facilities are well-kept, the grounds look fantastic, and the pool has been renovated recently making it even better. The owners have been really accommodating during our rough times and will help you out if you need it and come to them for help. Overall a fantastic place to live!
this place is a mud pit. not worth the price. management and maintenance is poor... they do nothing to fix the problem. its obvious by past reviews over the years this is an ongoing problem. worst of all managment is rude.
No real pads just camping in mud. And when I say mud, I mean mud! There is a fog park but it is a swamp most times the same with the playground. There is 50 amp electricity and sewage. The wifi was good too. We have a 43' rv and it was tight gettting it in...so tight we had our 1st incidence with a tree (and we've done this for over 9 years).
Wonderful caring good people here! Nice quiet secluded place. The only negative is, if you're afraid of getting dirty in your outdoors adventure, it is in a lower area by the bay so it does turn to lots of mud easily. But the restrooms and overall quality of the place is clean with a friendly atmosphere.
I wudnt even give 1 star everything is filthy everything is flooded sites are all flooded im in mud up to my trailer axles laundry room u cant get to its flooded they charge high prices for nothing so stay away from here owners dont care about there customers
