Never notified us when inspectors/contractors were coming to our house.
Never available or responded to emails, texts, or phone calls after repeated attempts. However, did harass our agent when HE needed to get an answer for something.
Argued aggressively with our contractors on any work we had done to the house.
Bad customer service, can not produce receipts when asked of maintenance they charged me for when I am renting and I did not cause damage to the items. They did not get back to me on something regarding my bill - but 3/4 days later after my inquiry started charging me a $5 late fee PER DAY for not paying the same item I had questions about!!! SO SICK OF PCS!!!!!. Personal family issues got in the way of conducting untimely business....still have things that i think need to be fixed NOT FIXED. I wish I could give PCS a 0 star!!!!
The list could go forever on about the amount of trouble we had. At points we were so frustrated and stressed with him and the buyers we thought about denying them the right to purchase our home. Our agent has sworn to never work with PCS realty again after this horrific experience. Unless you want to work with the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and immoral people in Northwest Florida, go elsewhere.
DON'T EVEN APPLY WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY'LL TAKE YOUR APP FEE MONEY AND NOT EVEN CONTACT YOU!
I had a great experience with PCS realty. I had to deal with a horrible selling agent and Jason was very patient. We were not allowed contact with the seller and I am still waiting on several pieces of information. The seller's agent caused a lot of problems in the sale of the house and was dishonest. In fact there is still furniture in the house that I am guessing the seller decided they didn't need to take. Jason offered to help me with the removal of the furniture which is above and beyond what most realtors would do. The seller made a repair without my knowledge and Jason offered to help with that as well. The WDO repairs were awful and I am having to have another contractor go back and fix the work. Jason has offered to help me with everything now that the house has closed and I don't have to deal with the sellers agent complicating the process. When most realtors would be done with the contract Jason has stayed to make sure I am taken care of in the house.
I would like to warn anyone buying a home or selling to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My families home was just purchased from buyers going through PCS Realty, and was by far the worst experience we have ever dealt with.
If I could give this business less than 1 star, I would. Ginger, the primary answerer of the phones, is the antithesis of helpfulness and kindness. She embodies everything that is wrong with America. She, and the company for which she works, steal money, lie to your face, and are nothing but a black leech on the skin of the military community of the Pensacola area. Do not use this agency!

Constantly sent HIS DAUGHTER to do his work (which is illegal as she is not qualified to do his job).
DO NOT EVEN APPLY WITH THIS COMPANY! My pregnant wife and I were looking to move out of our apartment to a bigger place. These people were rude, short in their explanations, and eager to get my application fee. Despite bad feelings, we applied anyway because we liked the house...bad idea! They took our $50 application fee and never even called us back! I basically got scammed for $50. I should have read all their other awful reviews before I even applied. Save yourself some time, apply elsewhere. If a management company doesn't treat you with priority from the start, they're not the type of people you want to trust your home-life or your family with.
Blatantly never showed up to appointments or meetings if he didn't send his daughter. If he did manage to come he was 30+ minutes late.
