Our family has been customers of this pharmacy location for years, when it was owned & operated by Steve Burklow. Never once had an issue. ServicePro is now operating under the "Burklow" signs but it is NO LONGER BURKLOWS. I experienced horrible customer service as well as several of our family members. Thought it was just them transitioning over and still give them a chance. They were charging extra money for the same prescription I had been getting, when asked why it went up I was told insurance was not paying enough. I called insurance to figure out why policy had changed. They informed me it HAD NOT, and that the extra $40 added to my cost was fraud. They did an investigation and contacted them. They are to refund. I received several calls from them, when I did talk to Chris he informed me that he had got in trouble for this several times because customers had "told" on him. His response to the matter is that he will no longer fill my prescription. Yes no apology for scamming our family. They would rather over charge customers than re-negotiate the contracts they signed with insurance. Which is FRAUD. The amount they charged was not even the difference that insurance had changed. They just made up a number that sounded good for their pockets. I would think that Steve Burklow would want his name OFF this business, since this is not how he treated his community. Every since they took over the practices of this place have been unethical. I have witnessed angry customers leaving from here cussing at the experience they had just had with Emily. Who is very rood, and talks bad about the customers as they leave and has no business working with people with her nasty eye rolls and bad mouthing. I did bring this to Chis' attention who's response was he would talk to her. But every time I went back she was still behaving improperly. Bad pharmacy to do business with. Would rather use the Chain stores since they atleast know it is illegal to operate fraudulently. Check with your insurance on the cost if you see yours costs go up, hope this review helps our community which is a wonderful place with the exception to unethical businesses like these.
