I went in to find out if the stones in a ring I had found were diamonds. I had intentions that if they were, to have them reset with a Tanzanite. I could hear the jeweler in the back as the CSR was inquiring about the ring. The CSR had already told me that he thought he saw carbon in the the stones but wanted to confirm. The owner Mickey, whom is also the master jeweler, was telling the CSR that they were not real before the CSR was finished asking his question. I was given the impression that he didn't take the time to look at the stones simply because even if the stones were diamonds they weren't big enough for him to waste his time on. I left there feeling very offended. To add insult to injury.... I went to another store to get a second opinion. The stones in my ring are diamonds! What a horrible way to treat someone who's family has been doing business with for almost 30 years. I'll never go back!
My husband and I went to look at a new wedding ring for me. While in there the owner and the sales rep did an amazing job with us as far as our price range and what we were looking for. We have been looking for a ring for 5 months and went to this location and the sales rep was able to look at one picture that I brought for a ring that was way out of my price range and then found exactly what we wanted with the first try!!! Cant wait to pick up the ring after it is sized!!!!!!!
