I recently had an out patient procedure done at Santa Rosa Medical Center. I had a great experience! It was my first time here (usually wind up at FWBMC). Every doctor and nurse I encountered was very friendly and made me feel at ease. There were no issues whatsoever and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
I read the reviews here and was hesitant to take my 4 year old to the emergency room. She had an abdominal injury, and we were concerned with internal bleeding. We were seen immediately and every person we interacted with was very positive and helpful. Our daughter was fine, but they didn't make us feel silly for bringing her in. Dr. Roe treated her and was wonderful with our child.
I had an awesome ER experience. I was taken in immediately and saw a doctor within minutes. Staff was all super friendly and efficient. Best ER I've been to in a long time.
Hurt ankle went to ER and they took great care of me. Very little wait time and extremely friendly staff....
I wanted to post this so people wouldn't write this place off based on reviews. I'm sure the emergency room has good and bad days (like everyone/everywhere), but give it a chance.
My post was deleted because it wasn’t favorable. My son passed a small kidney stone as he was checking into ER early one Monday morning. The 2 hours in ER with a cat scan and a nice lady doctor stopping by the door to say hi was over $15,000. UNTIL THE INSURANCE COMPANIES & MEDICAL INDUSTRIES ARE CONTROLLED WE WILL ALL BE VICTIM. BERNIE!!!!!!!!!
