Last week a close and wonderful friend passed away in Milton. I live in Washington, DC and could not attend the funeral but wanted to send his wonderful family flowers. I searched for flower shops in the Milton area and based on the previous reviews, chose the Open Rose. I am very happy i did. The conversation with the lady who answered the phone was delightful: she had just opened and obviously all systems were not yet go, but she stayed on the line, discussed what would be good, offered suggestions, and handled the billing promptly. She was professional yet friendly. I heard from the family that a beautiful and colorful display arrived that very day and they were delighted. I am so happy that in an era with poor customer service such a marvelous place still exists!
They delivered flowers that they got at Walmart and left the Walmart tags on. Waste of money!!
Great friendly service. The ladies were very helpful in helping me make a choice on my flower arrangement and they quickly put it together for me, it was beautiful!
Just saw a picture of the flowers they delivered my mother today. I spent almost $100 dollars and it has around 7 pathetic flowers- the rest is filler. It looks like I spent maybe $30. Never again will I use this florist. 2nd bad experience!
