Great Service
I had to take back my original review. I used to love this store. I went in the other day and could not believe the change! I will never be back! How high can you increase your prices?? Plus the customer service in this store used to be so good, but now it is just plain terrible!!!! Extremely rude employees and really bad service. I cannot believe UPS still lets this store provide its services and have its name on the door. Very disappointing!
I wish there was an option to leave less than one star. I used to love coming in this store. It is not the same place it once was. The staff is nice, but they are young and obviously overworked, underpaid, and also, they are not very knowledgeable about the store they work in. After waiting patiently to be helped, one (of the two) workers was on her cell phone texting with no intentions of putting down the phone to help me. You can tell they are burnt out and not happy with their job. When I was finally waited on, the price was MUCH higher than I remembered!! The young man apologized to me and explained the owners keep raising the prices. He apologized over and over again to me. He said it had really gotten bad. I felt sorry for them. I will take my business elsewhere!!
"sorry sir but you have to pay full price for all mistakes" said a snarky rude young lady behind the counter, never mind that i was the only person in the store and my first words upon entering were "can you please help me with this?" a simple return shipping label, thats all i needed to print, all i did was press "print" , then suddenly what they claimed would be 10cents turned into $4.26… "it says on the computer that you have to ask for help during printing" she upbraided. thats literally the only thing i asked for lady… terrible service.
