The associates are very helpful and can spot you if you seem like you need help locating items. Huge clearance isle and restrooms are clean
Could not get help with my cell phone. They close at 8. I was there before 8 by 5 minutes. Was told I they were gone. I drove 32 miles. As much of my hard earned money that I spend in that store.... and that happened. I was MAD. SO I may not go back.
Now, I will say this; we are not a fan of a lot of the Great Value brands. Been burned a lot of times. Shop carefully. You will save money.
I wanted to take the time to commend an employee named Jerry. I had been on the search for the perfect bike for my wife on mother's day. I called and talked to Jerry to confirm they had the bike in stock. He was very polite and took the time to confirm that they had 3 units in the store. He also guaranteed that he would have a brand new one assembled out of the box, waiting for me when I got there. Once I arrived the bike was ready to roll in perfect condition. Thank you Jerry and the store assembler for taking the time to get the job done right! Your customer service is greatly appreciated!
I know a lot of people don't like the Super Giants..but, going for the cheao prices and choice of selections, it is the place.
