My family has seen Dr. Hines for over a decade and would not see any other. Having HAD a fear of dentists I trust Dr. Hines and his staff including Valerie! As for dental insurance we submit a claim to our insurance company with no problem. Definitely deserves a five rating.

WARNING: This dentist is not under any health insurance provider, so be prepared to cough up the full amount and pray that your insurance company will cover a portion of it. After 8 months of contesting the bill with the insurance company and the dentistry and then finally speaking with the manager (with no result), I concluded the dentistry purposefully misleads its new clients just to get business. Despite their con, they have friendly staff, a clean and comfortable facility, and convenient location for those living in Pace and Milton area. Highly recommend this place if you don't have dental insurance and enjoy message chairs while getting your teeth cleaned.
I don't usually leave reviews but my experience here was so great that I could not. The staff at Woodbine Family Dentistry is very nice and made you feel welcome. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very gentle and kind. I could not even tell she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hines is amazing. Very friendly and took his time. I did not feel rushed at all. I rated my experience a 5 star only because there was a higher number. My experience with this dentist office was greater than any other dentist I have gone to. I will and have recommended them to my family and friends.
