Service Department Review: my first visit to this dealership was painful. My vehicle was kept for 3 weeks for relatively minor warranty repairs. I had to get Jeep Corporate involved to even get updates. When the dealer communicated, it was one excuse after another. The service manager was useless and the service advisor was clearly frustrated with the situation. If there was a saving grace in this horrible experience, it was the service advisor.
Don’t ever,ever bring your vehicle here for repairs! They promise things that never come true. They’ll tell you anything to get you in the door. I’ve emailed and called to Mopar,Dodge customer service and the dealership themselves. I left 2 messages with the service manager and never had a returned call. My truck is on its 2nd trip there in 2wks. I could write the whole story,but it’d take pages that I don’t have on here. Please just take my warning to avoid this place!
Sales dept top of the line, 5 cars in 7 years, service department has a lot to be desired, don't know if jeep is fix yet, 2 times for 2 weeks, had to to corporate involved
Obviously very incompetent service department filled with scam artist instead of actual mechanics our car syarted making that all too familar noise when a cv axle is going soi called found out still under warranty so i sent my gf (name this review is actually under) not only did they tell her it was the presxure sensor broke off they didn't botjer to change out the cv axle that i told them on the phone that we needed
Bought my vehicle from Milton Dodge four years ago. You can't beat the staff. The nicest people and very attentive and helpful. The ex military gentleman sold me my vehicle but I forget his name. Super person. I'll be buying from them again.
1. I already diagnosed the passenger side cv axle was faulty but yet they charged her $50 diagnostic fee
