Not kid friendly. Must pay for fish caught! Owner is extremely difficult to work with! His way or highway! If you want to live in a retirement home style place...then this is the place for you! This is NO T a "fun campground" atmosphere. There is a curfew and loud ordinance that is strictly enforced! So don't even think about having a birthday party.
