I've always had a positive experience with the Milton branch of BOA, whether in person or by phone. Very polite and helpful staff.
DO NOT BANK HERE !!!! I get that this could happen with any bank but my deal is mainly about how Bank of America did absolutely nothing to help me . So my identity was stolen last week and they were able to clear my account and take every dollar I had even making it to where my bank account says overdrawn and they are charging me fees on that . So 5 days later I am still sitting here with a negative account after I did everything the bank told me to do and they have credited back $0 to my account . I had to call gulf power to get them to refund me a $542 payment made to them (which by the way will be sent my check in 2 weeks) I had to call the credit card company to get back another $500 payment . I had to call transunion to report my identity had been stolen, I had to make my claim by phone because the bank couldn't do that for me , I sat on hold for an hour two different times only to be hung up on twice yesterday . I'm a single mom, I'm a waitress, school is coming up , which means clothes ,supplies , school fees . Meanwhile my account is negative $77 because I'm getting charged overdraft fees because someone was allowed to access my account through Bank of America letting someone verify themselves as me . Thank you Bank of America for allowing my identity to be stolen and also telling me to handle it myself .
Understaffed. There is only one ATM and it's always broken or not accepting cash/checks. Funny they just replaced the ATM with a new one and it's not any better than the old one that broke down all the time. I gave up telling them the ATM was broken. Employees are friendly. Saturday hours suck.
Excellent customer service! All needs met! Helpful and thorough staff. I was even late for an appointment and they still made time for me. I have further financed with this location and feel confident with Bank of America in regards to my finances. I also appreciate their later time of operations!
Slowest Bank I have ever done business with!!!!!!! EVER!! Under staffed always. I will never move all of my assets or accounts to this financial institution for this reason alone. So frustrating. If you go inside or outside you will wait longer than necessary for any transaction. Absurd to do business this way!
